This Privacy Policy explains how Solsun South LLC, d/b/a Eye in the Sky Digital ("Eye in the Sky Digital," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with eyeintheskydigital.com, our landing pages, forms, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services or submitting information to us, you agree to this Policy.

We serve two groups: consumers who submit their information through our sites, ads, or forms, and business clients ("agents," "buyers") who purchase calls and leads from us. This Policy covers both.

4. Consent to Be Contacted (Calls, Texts, and Email)

By submitting your information through our forms or campaigns, you provide your prior express written consent to be contacted by Eye in the Sky Digital and by one or more of our marketing partners, insurance agents, or affiliated companies at the telephone number and email you provided (including by automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and text (SMS/MMS) messages) regarding insurance and related products and services, even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Text messaging. If you opt into text messages, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We do not share opt-in consent or mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing except as you have agreed and as disclosed at the point of collection.

Recording. By calling us or being connected through our Services, you consent to the recording and monitoring of the call where permitted by law.

5. How We Share Information

We share information as follows:

• Marketing partners, agents, and buyers. A core function of our Services is connecting consumers with insurance agents, agencies, carriers, and marketing partners. We may share or sell consumer contact information and lead data to these third parties so they can contact you about products and services you requested or that may interest you.

• Text: reply STOP to opt out of texts from a given sender.
• Calls / Do-Not-Call: you may ask a caller to place you on their internal Do-Not-Call list, and you may register with the National Do-Not-Call Registry at donotcall.gov. 7. Your Privacy Rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know/access the personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Because we share and may sell lead information to marketing partners, we treat this activity as a "sale"/"sharing" under California law.
